Loop GA completo: build_initial_population -> hypothesis.propose ->
falsification + adversarial -> compute_fitness -> persistenza ->
next_generation. Stato run/gen/genomes/evals/cost/findings su SQLite,
elite skip-eval, run marcato failed su eccezione.
